Welcome to Monday Lane. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Monday Lane website, content, products, programmes and services.
By accessing this website, purchasing Monday Lane, creating an account, or using any Monday Lane materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase Monday Lane.
1. About Monday Lane
Monday Lane provides a 12-week guided household system designed to help mums lift invisible household load out of their head and turn repeat household friction into practical weekly fixes, standards and systems.
Monday Lane is delivered digitally through online content, workbooks, audio lessons, templates, printables, implementation pages and related materials.
Monday Lane is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, therapeutic or professional advice. It does not replace professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or care.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or joining Monday Lane, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years old
you are legally able to enter into this agreement
the information you provide is accurate and current
you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Access to Monday Lane
When you purchase Monday Lane, you receive access to the digital content, tools and materials described at the time of purchase.
Access is provided after successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
Monday Lane is delivered as a 12-week digital programme. Some materials may be available immediately, while weekly modules may open progressively according to the programme schedule.
You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access, device access and software required to view, download or use the materials.
We may make reasonable updates, improvements or changes to the programme materials from time to time.
4. Personal use only
Your purchase is for your personal household use only.
You may not share, transfer, sell, gift, publish, upload, distribute, reproduce or commercially exploit any Monday Lane content, materials or login access.
You may not share your login details with anyone outside your household.
5. Intellectual property
All Monday Lane content, materials and resources are owned by Monday Lane or licensed to Monday Lane.
This includes, but is not limited to:
website copy
programme content
workbooks
audio lessons
templates
printables
implementation pages
downloads
frameworks
the LANE Method
brand materials
emails and resources
All content is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may download and use the materials for your personal household use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, resell, distribute, teach, publish, share, upload, or use any part of Monday Lane for commercial purposes or for the benefit of another business, group, client, audience or organisation without written permission.
6. Payments and billing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
If you purchase the pay-in-full option, you authorise one payment for the amount shown at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your nominated payment method at the agreed intervals until all payments have been completed.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date.
If a payment fails, is declined, or becomes overdue, we may retry the payment, contact you, pause access, or cancel access until the payment issue is resolved.
Choosing a payment plan does not reduce the total amount owed. You are committing to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
7. Cancellations
Monday Lane is a digital programme.
You may stop receiving marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
If you are on a payment plan, cancelling access does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, required by Australian Consumer Law, or agreed by us in writing.
If a payment plan cancellation request is approved, access may end immediately or at the end of the current paid period, depending on the circumstances.
8. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of Monday Lane, all purchases are final once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of time, failure to use the materials, or deciding the programme is no longer suitable after access has been granted.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product or service does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include repair, replacement, resupply or refund depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Use of content
You agree to use Monday Lane content and materials lawfully, respectfully and only for their intended purpose.
You must not:
share your account login details outside your household
copy, reproduce or distribute programme materials
upload Monday Lane materials to public websites, shared drives, social media or AI tools
resell, teach, adapt or commercialise Monday Lane materials
claim Monday Lane content, frameworks, templates or resources as your own
use Monday Lane in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights
interfere with the website, platform, checkout, emails or member access systems
11. Community conduct
If Monday Lane includes access to community spaces, group spaces, comments, support threads or other interactive features, you agree to engage respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access or terminate access if behaviour is harmful, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful, spammy or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
12. No guarantees
Monday Lane is designed to provide structure, tools and guidance.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, household change, family behaviour, income, wellbeing outcome or personal result.
Your experience and results will depend on your circumstances, participation, household dynamics and how you apply the materials.
13. Third-party platforms and links
Monday Lane may be delivered through third-party platforms, including website, payment, email, analytics, hosting, membership or course platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, delays, payment processor errors or third-party platform changes outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to help resolve access issues where possible.
Our website or materials may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monday Lane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from your use of the website, programme or materials.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Monday Lane is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update the website, programme materials, inclusions, pricing, access structure, or these Terms from time to time.
